Account Assistant
Responsibilities
1. Translation and copywriting
- Translate both languages, English and Chinese
- Copywrite press release, event brief etc
2. Event planning
- Associate team leader to customize communication plan for clients
- Contact and maintain media relation, arrange event schedule etc
3. Media
- Follow up with key media about press release or event invitation
- Keep good relation with top tier media
- Arrange press conference, media round table or one on one interview
4. Client contact
- Meet clients’ requests and identify opportunity
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and above. Master degree in Marketing, PR, Press is preferred
- Good oral and written English skill and strong communication capability. Good translation skill is preferred.
- Good at Excel, PPT, Outlook, Word etc Office software
