Account Assistant

Responsibilities

1. Translation and copywriting

  • Translate both languages, English and Chinese
  • Copywrite press release, event brief etc

2. Event planning

  • Associate team leader to customize communication plan for clients
  • Contact and maintain media relation, arrange event schedule etc

3. Media

  • Follow up with key media about press release or event invitation
  • Keep good relation with top tier media
  • Arrange press conference, media round table or one on one interview

4. Client contact

  • Meet clients’ requests and identify opportunity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree and above. Master degree in Marketing, PR, Press is preferred
  • Good oral and written English skill and strong communication capability. Good translation skill is preferred.
  • Good at Excel, PPT, Outlook, Word etc Office software
